After searching online for a good shop to perform some mods on my 2014 Ford Focus St , I stumble across Formula One Autosports. It was the best decision I made . Mike and Ed are true professionals ,very knowledgeable and courteous. They did an amazing job and I am truly happy . The shop installed the following mods : Big Turbo, High Pressure Fuel Pump, Big Intercooler with pipes and BOV, Catted Downpipe , cat back exhaust, and colder spark plugs. They even flash my custom tune so when I picked up the car it was ready to go. I could not be any happier with the work and would recommend anyone to take their vehicles for any type of work . You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys and you now have a lifetime customer . Marcos Acosta

What a shop! I recently sent my 2005 SRT-4 Neon over to Formula 1 for some exhaust work. Long story short the car is barely street legal and has a real custom exhaust from the manifold back, and it cracked all the way around. So I sent it over to ED and his crew at formula 1. Not only is their communication prob the best of any shop I’ve ever dealt with, but they’re fair, honest and will take on pretty much any job. I know from experience you really have to know your way around a car to be able to work on a car you have no previous knowledge of (parts, upgrades, mods ect) esp one that’s pretty much all custom… you know bc horsepower is cool. They got the car apart, got her patched up and she’s back on the street wreaking havoc 🙃. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. They really did a bang up job! Oh and Ed, great guy. Almost makes you feel like you’re talking to your uncle. Big thanks to uncle Ed and the pit crew down at Formula 1 Auto. You guys were all around, top tier -Matty

I wanted to like this place. Ed seems like a decent guy. However, they did some repairs on my bent tires and told me they did not test drive the car. How can you do major tire repair and not test drive the car? As soon as I drove off the lot my tire pressure sensors went off. I went back they test drove it and fixed the issue and apologized. This wasn't the worst of it. I could tolerate a bit of back and forth. What i dont tolerate is forgetting to put a lug nut on my vehicle which I only discovered because I had to do some major suspension work that weekend at my house. Absolutely unacceptable...

This shop claims that they are a professional shop. They told us the could put in down pipes on our car with us supplying them. These mechanics can’t even extract a stud for down pipes, when they told us they can install down pipes. I wouldn’t even trust them with an oil change. This place wanted to charge us 5k to finish the job, when down pipes only take 3 hours at most. When it took them 3 days and didn’t even finish the job. Would absolutely not recommend.

Brought my Evo here for an inspection, before the car even made it in the shop the guy pulling it in said it needed a clutch because HE stalled it. Once inside they said my brake pads were stuck to the rotors insinuating I needed new pads almost instantly. Then it was that the wheels aren't free spinning, mind you it's an all wheel drive car. I was able to show them that the wheels do indeed move freely with minimal effort and the other Caucasian mechanic confirmed the wheels do move, but then they stated the car doesn't roll freely on the ground so we put the car down to check and of course the car rolled freely. The first mechanic seemed to be looking for any way to make a quick buck. I will say Ed was nice and so was the other Caucasian mechanic who gave a second opinion but the first guy who stalled it has no idea what he's talking about. Anyways took the car to another shop told them to check the specific brake pad and rotor of course it was fine wasn't warped and moved freely, finally took it to a third shop to get an inspection and let them know about the "brake issue" 3 mechanics confirmed there was no issue whatsoever and the car finally passed it's inspection. Such a shame they have a nice shop but the one mechanic ruined my experience.
