Phil and the team truly made our road trip better, giving us top notch service to solve our problem. The tonneau on our pickup truck did its last cover job and came apart on a Kansas Interstate. Phil saved us a lot of time and trouble, went the extra mile, found and picked up a new Truxedo, then promptly installed it like clock work upon our arrival at the shop. And the price was right! FYI: cash is best. Giving a big thank you to 4x4 Land! Y’all rock!

I am editing my review to acknowledge ALL of the staff. This is the only shop we trust with our jeeps. The store owner, Mike, is a great person to have in your corner. He is super friendly and absolutely geniune great guy. He will tell you honest what is needed and what can wait. He explains everything well. Phil is fun to visit with. I haven't had too much interaction as usually Chris handles my calls. Chris is phenomenal. I am sure I have been a problem child at times for him. Lol. He answers my questions, gives his opinions, and makes sure the customer is happy with the end results. All of the shop guys and gals do amazing work. They explain things to me when I pick up. It truly feels like we all belong in their community. Oh and I can't forget Ally. The friendly shop cat. She makes sure all the customers receive adequate chances to hear her purr while receiving pets. Original review: Zach was very helpful. I am brand new to the jeep world. He answered all my questions, provided explanations of how components work and when to use them. The most important thing was he treated me equally as the owner. I was with 2 guys and he made me feel like I was the one who was there. Most times women are overlooked or passed by as unimportant or not knowing anything. Zach showed the utmost respect and treated me as an equal. It was a very pleasant experience and earned me as a customer for life. It is rare to find such customer service in today's world.

This is shop is amazing! I brought my Jeep in because it was making a weird noise they knew what the problem was and explained it. They then fixed the Jeep, the service was fast. They handled the vehicle’s paperwork with my extended warranty, They kept me updated on the Jeep. Now my Jeep is running perfectly. They have a great knowledge and know what they are doing I would definitely recommend. I wouldn’t take my Jeep anywhere else.

Mike and his crew went way above and beyond helping me get back on the road when all 4 of my RCV axle boots ripped on my way through town returning from a massive off road trip through Breckenridge back to Knoxville. Shipping delays, part damage, and ridiculous Ford Bronco brake bleeding procedures with special brake fluid didn’t deter Todd and Mike from staying late on a Saturday to get me back on the road home to TN. RCV even overnighted brand new boots that were already ripped right out of the package, thankfully they noticed it before installation. Personally, I think you are a fool if you go anywhere else than 4x4 Land for Jeep or truck work in Topeka Kansas. This shop cares about their customers, their trucks, and pricing is more than fair. Wish I lived closer but I would not hesitate to turn Mike loose on my next off road project and get it back turn key. Thanks again for all the help and perseverance.

Researched the KC market and couldn’t find “Jeep” guys that knew as much as Chris and his team. So I made the drive and was so happy I did. They installed gas tank, oil pan, transmission and transfer case skid plates on the XJ. Couldn’t be happier. Excellent value.
