I happened to stop by the Nishikawa shop in the bedding section of Takashimaya, where a silk floss craftsman was demonstrating how to hand-weave silk floss. I had the chance to try it myself, and it was a lot of fun, experiencing the comfort of silk floss and the craftsman's careful work. Nishikawa employee Watanabe-san and the silk floss craftsman were all very kind and taught me a lot, so I was able to learn more about bedding in depth and with peace of mind. I really enjoyed being able to see and touch the bedding and ask for advice in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The female Nishikawa staff were also very considerate and greeted me in a cheerful manner, which put me at ease. I just happened to drop by, but I'd love to return. *Apparently, the silk floss hand-weaving demonstration is an annual event held twice a year! I was so lucky.

I was interested in Nishikawa mattresses, so I applied to a place called the Sleep Consultation Center, but the sales associate there was a bit of a rambling type. My interest in buying the mattress I had my eye on suddenly dropped, and I ended up settling for Nitori... They weren't at all sympathetic, and they were completely in control of the conversation. I told them at the beginning that I was suffering from back pain, but after that, I had almost no say. There were so many other things I wanted to ask, but they just kept moving forward, and it felt like there was no turning back, so I said I'd think about it and left the store. They talk about all sorts of things at such a long, machine-gun pace that I can't remember them all. I asked them about something they'd already said, and they said, "As I said earlier." Then they said that most customers make an immediate decision after hearing the explanation here, which was annoying (lol). I was like, "Is that really true?" Are they creating a weird situation where they psychologically don't buy something? I wonder if they don't realize that their customer service is different from other people's...it's strange.

I came to the store to buy the much talked about air mattress. It's not a cheap item, so I was able to take the time to listen carefully to what they had to say and try it out, and I think I was able to purchase the perfect product for me.

I was concerned about the pain in my neck when I woke up, so I came here hoping to find a pillow that was just right for me. A sleep expert called a Sleep Master explained everything to me in great detail! I was able to learn in detail about the relationship between pillow height and softness that is right for me, and both my wife and I were able to purchase our favorite pillows! I'm looking forward to going to sleep!

I met a friendly salesperson who listened carefully to my requests and even purchased a custom-made pillow, which left me very satisfied. I plan to use their services again in the future.
