Grateful that this outlet accepts walk-ins for custom-made pillows! Matsuoka-san was the staff who served me. Despite the language barrier, she is very sweet and professional! She was very proactive in using the translation app in asking questions and providing opinions. Matsuoka-san also did the measurements and patiently let me take my time to try different positions. She also shared there was an ongoing discount for foreigners. That's really thoughtful of her! I trust that the pillow will turn out well, will update this review next time!
